Women's Sacred Spiral

The Women’s Sacred Spiral is a year-long journey with a group of 8–10 other women to explore, rediscover and give time to the deeper parts of ourselves and our lives. During the year, we will draw on themes and imagery associated with the seasons and festivals to guide our journey. We will work in a variety of ways to connect with ourselves and each other, including activities such as:

  • Exploring and responding to poetry
  • Engaging in music through movement/dance, chanting or singing
  • Creative activities
  • Spending time in silence or meditation
  • Taking part in simple ritual.

The Women’s Sacred Spiral is run by Gill Upham and Jaqui Long, and is fully booked for 2018–19. We have not yet decided if it will run again for another year from September 2019, but if you are interested then please get in touch so that you can be kept up-to-date with our plans.
